Cosmic Lilies

Cosmic Lilies is a reimagining of Monet’s iconic water lilies through the lens of my imagined ecosystems. These works offer a deconstructed, abstract, and more exuberant interpretation of the familiar lily pond, where koi ponds dissolve into galactic landscapes, candy colored blooms, and constellations. They evoke the stillness of twilight water while inviting moments of visual excess – confetti, vibrant color, and impossible botanical forms coexist in a dreamlike ecology.

The series brings together visual languages that have shaped my practice over the years, merging elements from Alien Landscapes, FreakShake, and my early line drawings into a single speculative world that is both playful and quietly otherworldly.
